I started my career in operations at a bank and have experience in hospitality, retail, and professional services industries, along with small business operations. While my 25+ years of experience range from asset protection, operations and human resources services, the constant of those years has been managing people and processes. 

Whether it's helping someone improve their performance or achieve a goal, providing guidance or creating processes to set an organization up for optimal success, leading team development at a retreat, or yes…even taking away the sometimes daunting task of baking for an upcoming event, I'm your girl!
